Technical Assistance Center
Anagran’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC) provides the primary point of contact for all customer support requests. Our TAC is staffed with experienced networking professionals who are available to help our customers and partners configure, install, manage, and troubleshoot Anagran products in their network. TAC also provides a secure customer support portal where registered customers can access user documentation, the latest release notes, software downloads, and report and track support incidents.
Customers with an Anagran warranty or support plan in place can contact Anagran using any of the following methods.
