ANAGRAN NAMES STEFAN BECK V.P. OF SALES FOR THE AMERICAS AND EMEA
REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anagran, Inc., the leading provider of broadband flow networking technology, today announced that Stefan Beck has been appointed vice president of sales for the Americas and EMEA regions.
“Stefan’s experience in building markets, partnerships, and sales on a global level will help us answer the call for broadband congestion relief,” said Kim Niederman, president and CEO of Anagran. “Stefan knows the pain enterprises and service providers are feeling as they struggle to keep their networks running as content demands explode. He’ll now be able to help them successfully and economically address their congestion issues. I’m thrilled to have an industry pro of his caliber on our team.”
Beck comes to Anagran after delivering 15 years of consistent and proven results. He has successfully introduced new networking technologies and products into the global service provider and enterprise markets. Beck has architected several companies’ successful entry into established and emerging international markets, and he has built strong Tier 1 and Tier 2 channel relationships in the process. Beck also has built thriving sales organizations for mid-stage companies, and he has extensive experience working with telecommunications equipment market leaders.
“Anagran provides flow technology that fills a very real void in today’s networks,” said Beck. “In both the Americas and EMEA regions I’ve seen the growing volume of video and other next generation traffic create a content logjam in last generation networks. Anagran is the only company that has a broadband class, drop-in solution designed for today’s voice, video and data networks. And it’s a solution that enterprises and service providers need now if they are to keep up with the rising tide of new age traffic.”
Prior to joining Anagran, Beck managed the international market entry for a variety of companies including Procket Networks, Chiaro Networks, and IP-Unity. Before that, he held various sales and operations roles at Cisco Systems and Redback Network. Beck played a key part in both companies’ expansion into the European market, leading sales development and securing important customers overseas.
