Nihon Unisys Selects Anagran's FR-1000 Flow Manager To Introduce QoS Service Into Their ICT Data Center
January 26, 2011 - TOKYO, JAPAN - Terilogy Co., Ltd., a leading network solution integrator today announced that Nihon Unisys, Ltd, a leading IT services company selected the Anagran FR-1000 Flow Manager to be used in their Unisys ICT Cloud Data Center.
Nihon Unisys ICT Hosting* is a Cloud IaaS** Service launched in October of 2008. This service delivers state of the art MiF® (Modeled iDC Farm)*** cloud ICT technology. It offers a virtualization environment with automated operational management and featuring a flexible system architecture that allows the rapid configuration of relevant resources for user requirements. The results are enhanced operational and support services with high quality 24x7x12 QoS.
The Anagran FR-1000 will be used to manage bandwidth control fairness and optimization. With this Anagran technology, enterprise customers will easily mitigate the impact of abusive users and applications resulting in improved user throughput while minimizing peak network congestion. The net result will be a reduction in CAPEX and Bandwidth costs while improving the end user’s experience.
